Senior Kids Development Pathway

Helping students take the next step with confidence

As students grow in age, confidence and ability, there comes a point where they begin to outgrow our Intermediate programme—but may not yet be ready to make the full jump into adult classes.

To support that transition, we're introducing our Senior Kids Development Pathway.

This programme provides a gradual, supported pathway into our adult Kickboxing and Grappling classes, allowing students to continue developing their skills alongside older students while still receiving guidance appropriate for their age and experience.

Why we created this programme

Over the past year we've seen a growing number of students reaching this stage.

Some were looking for greater challenges.

Some wanted to compete.

Others simply wanted to continue progressing without feeling like they had "outgrown" their class.

Rather than asking these students to suddenly move into adult training, we've developed a structured pathway that allows them to build confidence step by step.

Who is it for?

The programme is ideal for students who:

  • Are approximately 13–16 years old.

  • Have developed strong fundamentals in the Intermediate programme.

  • Are looking for more advanced techniques.

  • Want to begin preparing for adult training.

  • May be interested in tournaments and competition.

What students will learn

  • Advanced Kickboxing

  • Grappling & Jiu-Jitsu

  • Fitness & conditioning

  • Controlled sparring

  • Leadership and responsibility

  • Confidence under pressure

Flexible membership options

Students can:

  • Continue Intermediate while adding selected adult classes.

  • Begin transitioning into the Senior Development Pathway.

  • Progress into full adult training when ready.

We'll help recommend the pathway that's best for your child.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is my child too young?

Every student is assessed individually. Age is only one factor—we also look at confidence, maturity and technical ability.

Will they still be supervised?

Absolutely. Students transition gradually and continue receiving guidance from our coaching team.

Can they still attend Intermediate classes?

Yes. Many students begin by attending both programmes during the transition period.
